Refund Policy

Because Deshimoo delivers fresh, perishable dairy products, our refund policy is limited to issues with the product or delivery itself. Please review the details below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund or replacement if the product is damaged at the time of delivery, leaks during transit, or fails our quality standards on inspection. Claims must be raised within 4 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds for products that have been opened, partially consumed, or stored outside the recommended temperature range after delivery.

3. How to Raise a Claim

Send a message on WhatsApp to +91 9052564953 or email orders@deshimoo.com with your order ID and a photograph of the affected product. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For subscription customers, we may instead credit a future delivery as a faster alternative — your choice.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may pause or cancel an ongoing subscription at any time. Charges already made for past deliveries are non-refundable; future deliveries will not be billed once cancelled.
